Phase 3, 2, 1…lift-off
Hello and welcome to the shed-like blog. I’ve prodded it into place and, though I’d like to work on its wardrobe choices, time is short and I have colourful things to indulge in.
What it’s about
This little sub site is loosely based around my work at Phase Three Goods, with continued updates on whatever projects and websites I work on. As well as documenting my output, I hope for this space to become a resource for clients and developers alike; to address the issues I myself needed answering when starting this whole web nonsense.
If I stay sharp, I would like to regularly fill this blog with useful content – templates for fellow designers, tutorials, instructions for web users – as well as an outlet for my inevitable struggle with maintaining a business. With a bit of luck and a few tabloid scandals, this could be churned out and excerpted in a future, entrepreneurial memoir.
Contributors
As well as this, I’d like to toy with guest writers and contributors, to both fluff out my own content and to give others an appropriate platform for their work. Coming from an arts background myself and – having flirted with creative SEO – I understand the recent boom of web and copy writing. If you are a budding writer whose concerned in web culture or online business, I would welcome your contributions.
TL;DR – 1) Website updates 2) Resources for others 3) Platform for like-minded bloggers
