I provided the logo design for a local dog care service in Norfolk. Although there were many refinements made throughout the project, the core brief remained the same; a dog (roughly Alsation) posed side-face over the business name Clever Dogs.
This was a pleasant project for an exemplary client. Most of the fine-tuning involved tweaking the fur, shaving serifs off the headline font and providing a number of revisions with different colours, textures and backgrounds on the logo design. Having a variety of designs to choose from, the client was able to refine her requirements and narrow the spec down to one variety.
We finally settled on a minimal, outlined logo with no fill that could be transferred easily to Clever Dogs’ T-Shirts, print material and website. It’s always pleasant doing visual work, especially for those who trade locally around Norwich or Norfolk.
